Objectives: Discuss the opportunities and challenges about the usage of Information Technology to improve the quality and efficiency of Public Service Delivery sector. To explore the use of e-gov as an expansion strategy to facilitate access and improve citizens participation, in order to develop better transparency mechanisms and accountability of public administration.

CURSO 2: FROM BEHAVIOURAL INSIGHTS TO PUBLIC IMPACT
Professores: ADRIAN BROWN e DANNY BUERKLI - Centre for Public Impact
Objectives: Present cases of successfull production of positive impacts by public administration actions he experienced on different continents. The exchange of experience between policy makers at the international level is an important way to enhance the impact of measures and can bring valuable insights to solve public problems and inspire initiatives for the Brazilian government.

Objectives: Questions how the relationship between levels of government can be thought out and articulated in order to jointly produce innovation and generate synergy in areas where powers are shared or where there is interdependence between Brazilian federal, state and municipal administrations. International experiences and particularly the french case are analysed in order to subsidize that quest

CURSO 8: DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES AND NEW FORMS OF INTERACTION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND SOCIETY

Objectives: Present the opportunities and challenges represented by the use of digital technologies in the formulation of public policies, in the provision of public services and in matters of accountability and transparency of government actions.

CURSO 9: INNOVATION AND PUBLIC SERVICES DESIGN

Objectives: The course aims to answer some key questions necessary to innovate in Brazilian Public Administration: What are the main obstacles to innovation in the public service, and how to overcome them? What are the best practices and tools to generate new ideas and prototyping new public services? How to connect government and society in order to co-create services and processes that will be more compliant to the needs of society? How to mobilize and stimulate public servants and agencies to innovate? What can we learn from those who made it happen?
